Bourbon has one of the most famous recipes in the world, with distillers often using rye and barley to blend with the corn in its mash. William Larue Weller did things a little differently, using wheat, which produces an exceptionally rich, smooth bourbon whiskey that has cemented the legacy of this iconic brand.
Executive Chef Chris Masco and Executive Sous Chef David Roldan are bourbon enthusiasts who are honored to curate a 4-course dinner paired with Signature Weller Expressions, with each plate highlighting the exquisite flavors and finishes of this highly sought after bourbon whiskey.
