You will also try “The Walking Fool” Red Blend with Braised Short Ribs. This Zinfandel blend tastes like fresh, sweet strawberries and raspberries with a hint of tart cranberries and spice. It just works.
The Mer Soleil Chardonnay will surprise you with it's surprising crisp tropical top notes and deftly balanced lingering buttery finish. Paired with seared scallops , cauliflower puree and lobster sauce.
