1st course- Salade de Chicorée escarole, radicchio, frisée, apple, goat cheese, pistachio, honey vinaigrette with Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Lake County and Napa Valley and Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, Santa Lucia Highlands
2nd course- Mushroom Risotto with Emmolo Merlot, Napa Valley and The Walking Fool Red Blend, Suisun Valley
3rd course – Grilled Hanger Steak, sauce Bordelaise and frites with Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, California and Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
