Join us for an evening of bubbles and caviar at the fatcork cave!

Fatcork is incredibly excited to announce a fresh event partnership with local Seattle business Ebb&Co.! 

Ebb&Co is a gathering space focused on bringing the community together around the table. They collaborate with chefs, winemakers, fishermen, farmers and makers to create dinners, classes and events celebrating natural wine and seasonal, local foods. 

Stephanie Eburah, who runs this beautiful little shop, also happens to be former culinary director, and current ambassador of California Caviar Company. They’ve got the serious goods, and we can’t wait to share.

We will be pairing a number of tasty caviar bumps with select cuvées for a tasting experience that is likely to blow minds and drop jaws. Here’s the deets:

***There is also a Champagne and Caviar Tasting at Ebb&Co. on December 10th from 6-8 PM. Tickets for that event are hosted on the Ebb&Co website.
