On Sunday, May 25th we will be hosting the second round of our class detailing the wines and subregions of Catalonia!
Our very own Kenny Toll (PDF Sommelier and Redwood Hospitality veteran) will be leading a class centered around Catalonian wines. We will be exploring the history of sparkling wines in Penedès, deep diving into the vibrant natural wine movement and looking to the future of the bold, beautiful reds from Priorat. Each attendee will get the learn about and taste 5 wines while snacking on seasonal, small bites thoughtfully paired to enhance the experience.
