ITALY 2026

The theme this year at Cassaro Winery is ITALY 2026 in honor of our first Cassaro Wine Club trip to Tuscany. We know that because of limited availability not everyone could make the trip so through the year we are going to bring a little bit of Italy back here to Cassaro Winery with special wine and food pairing events.

Imported Italian Brunello and Chianti Wine Tasting

We are bringing a little bit of Italy back to Ovilla so join us for this special tasting of Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti wines. During this event we will taste five wines from Tuscany including Rosso, Reserve and Classico styles of wine. Taste the difference in wine making styles, fermentation and aging processes that produce some of the most popular wines in the world. During the tasting you will also enjoy Italian meats, cheeses and bread.
