An intimate winemaker dinner featuring an exceptional line up from Caliza Winery!


We're very excited to announce our next event in Orange County! Please join us for a fantastic evening, featuring exceptional wines from Caliza Winery of Paso Robles! Winemaker and Owner, Carl Bowker will be joining us for the evening to share and discuss each wine selection and the rich history of his journey to create the winery. This very special dinner will focus on small production wines and Rhone varietals which excel in the Paso Robles area. In addition to his flagship GSM blend, Azimuth, we'll also pour 4 other notable, high-scoring wines from Carl. You won't want to miss this memorable evening of wine, food and conversation!


* Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in loft space. A flight of low-rise stairs is the only way to access the seated dinner area.


Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
