Jumbo shrimp sautéed in Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc, smoked paprika, baguette.Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc – North Coast: Aromas of pink grapefruit, lemon curd, fresh pear, melon, and passionfruit. Flavors of citrus, kiwi, and lemon zest with hints of mango, guava, and pineapple. Crisp and refreshing, lively acidity with a gently textured mineral finish.
Watermelon Salad
Baby Arugula, crispy panko, feta, cucumbers, pistachios, house vinaigrette.Cakebread Chardonnay – Napa Valley: Aromas of ripe pear and chamomile. Flavors of ripe melon, lemon curd, and with hints of baking spice and lightly toasted brioche. The fresh acidity and crisp citrus notes are well-balanced by a hint of oak.
