Every Spring in the Basque Country, the famed gastronomic societies called Sociadads flock to the cider houses to taste through the tanks (usually over a monstrous wood grilled ribeye) and pick their favorite one, which is then bottled exclusively for their club. This last Spring we were invited by Son of Man to do the same. We selected our favorite tank which has now been bottled exclusively for Cafe Olli.
The link between incredible meals and cider in Basque Country could not be stronger - we will celebrate this connection with a delicious wood-fired, family-style meal. The 40 limited seats will sell out fast! Ticket includes a bottle of Cafe Olli's Etxeko to go.
