Carbone VINO in Miami is pleased to partner with Bruno Giacosa - featuring the 1998 vintage of single vineyard Rabajà from Barbaresco and Falletto from Barolo. The four-course dinner will feature Carbone’s VINO's most popular dishes paired with a vertical of some of the estates' single vineyard wines going back to the 1998 vintage. All starting with canapés and a Champagne reception.
