Local Event
In 1818, husband and wife Nicolas Francois Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon founded their Champagne House in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, a small village near Epernay. Alongside them was Louis Salmon, Elisabeth’s brother and a passionate oenologist, who took charge of developing the wines from the very beginning.
For seven generations, their descendants have been the guardians of the vines, the terroir, and a distinct gastronomic style.
Billecart-Salmon now celebrates over 200 years of history and savoir-faire, with its motto remaining unchanged: ‘‘Give priority to quality, strive for excellence.’’
We are honored to welcome Clement Calleja, brand ambassador at Billecart-Salmon, as we feature not only some of the classics from the estate but also a few rarities and passion projects.
Please join us in welcoming Clement and showcasing these beautiful Champagnes alongside the creatively curated menu.
