We are very excited about our June wine dinner event featuring Belle Glos wines! Owner/winemaker Joe Wagner chose the name Belle Glos to honor his Grandmother, Lorna Belle Glos Wagner. Lorna was a co-founder of Caymus Vineyards. (Caymus wine dinner is October 13th and 14th).
Belle Glos is famous for Pinot Noir. After beginning the night with a Pinot Noir Blanc, we are offering an apple to apples tasting of three single vineyard Pinot Noirs. They are Pinots like you’ve never tasted before!
Each course is perfectly paired with Chef Ivan’s culinary creations. Including: Corn Crab Cake with Cajun remoulade and citrus powder; Creole Jambalaya Arancini with roasted red pepper pesto and parmesan chip; Pan Roasted King Salmon with bouillabaisse sauce, fennel and squash; Petite Filet with Piquillo Pepper Crust with Lyonnaise potatoes, sautéed kale and smoked ham; and ending the night with Bananas Foster.
