Join us for the first in our new series of monthly Winemaker Events~ Behind The Copper Room Door. This month we feature Paul J. Wines along with our friend Martin the Assistant Winemaker at the Paul J. Wine Vineyard. 

A transportive experience. An implication to Prohibition days past, tucked underground below Northern California's iconic historical Hotel Sutter. Sneak away with us for a guided wine and food pairing that include 4 wines accompanied by 4 savory food tastings prepared by Hotel Sutter's Culinary Team.
