You and your significant other will enjoy a delicious four course meal paired with fine Texas wine, while enjoying the sweet sounds of The Ray Baker Project jazz ensemble. Owner and wine maker Leo Estevez will guide you through each pairing. We'll kick off the evening with Shrimp Paesano paired with our Blanc du Bois, then move on to enjoy Insalata Caprese paired with our Strawberry Rose Mead. You will choose an entree of either smoked duck flatbread or classic beef lasagna served with our 2016 Malbec. Finally, we'll end the meal with delicious hand dipped strawberries from local baker Amy Thiel, owner of Raised in a Southern Kitchen, paired with our newly released 2018 Reserve Port, "Besa Me Mucho." VineCrafters is a family owned farm, vineyard and winery. We grow most of our own grapes and we do not add sugars or sulfites to our wine. Seating is limited to 40 people.
