Battle Of The Ages: Young Vs. Aged Cheese - A Vertical Tasting

Have you ever wanted to try the aged version of one of your favorite cheeses right next to the young counterpart? This class if your opportunity to do just that! In a vertical tasting, we taste the same cheese at different ages to compare flavors, textures, and to vote on which of each we think wins the Battle of the Ages! In this guided tasting & class, you will get to taste & compare multiple vertical tastings as our expert cheesemongers guide you through a history of cheesemaking, affineurship & how the age of cheese has such an effect on flavor!

For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
