Escape home quarantine by taking a virtual flight to France – and joining in for a vinous romp across the world’s greatest wine producing nation to celebrate Bastille Day.  This tasting class is a blast every year, and this year’s lineup will be split right down the middle between established greats (think mature, classified growth Bordeaux from magnum) and stars on the rise (like a stunning young red from 110 year-old vines in the virtually unknown Languedoc appellation of Faugères).  We’ll start by tasting each wine “blind,” so the classics and upstarts can both be evaluated on their merits, then move to discussing how the greats attained their stature and how the newcomers are kicking down the door.  We’ll lean more toward red than white, but will also include a mind-blowing rosé.  Beret optional; baguette mandatory.

Wine samples available for pickup by appointment on July 13 between 12pm – 5pm.

**Important: If you are registering for more than one person, please be sure to include the other participants’ email address(es) when registering if they will be viewing the class from a different location/device.
