San Sebastian's legendary food scene, known for its world-renowned restaurants and vibrant pintxos bars, sets the tone for our Basque-inspired pig roast. The star of the evening will be a perfectly roasted suckling pig, accompanied by perfectly paired wines from the region. Executive Chef Misha Ryklin and Ryann will guide us through the evening, sharing stories about the unique Basque wines that pair perfectly with each dish.
