We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again…great wine is all about balance. The gentle interplay between tannin, acid, fruit, and alcohol are what separates the bad wines from good wines – and good wines from great wines. In this class, we will look at each of the 4 essential components and the effect that they can have on the overall outcome. We will also look at other factors that determine the final product including oak maturation, when to pick, terroir and, of course, we will TASTE some delicious wines! This is a great class for any wine lover regardless of experience or knowledge.
