Born and raised in Ensenada, Baja California, Lulú grew up surrounded by great food and wine. Her early passion for winemaking led her to Bordeaux, France, where she studied viticulture and oenology. There, she refined her craft at Château Brane-Cantenac, a renowned Second Grand Cru estate. Today, she brings her deep expertise and love for the land to Bruma, a celebrated winery in the Valle de Guadalupe.
This exclusive dinner features a multi-course menu curated by Chef Brian Enyart of Leña Brava. Known for bold, wood-fired flavors, the cuisine will be expertly paired with Lulú's wines, showcasing the best of Baja's culinary and viticultural offerings.
