Join us for a special evening celebrating the vibrant flavors of Baja Mexico, created by Chef Maylin Chávez of Nácar Oysters (formerly Olympia Oyster Bar) in collaboration with Flying Fish Company owner Lyf Gildersleeve.




The night will feature a raw bar, tapas, and family-style dishes sourced directly from the waters of Baja, highlighting the region’s incredible seafood and coastal bounty.




Guests may also enjoy a curated Baja wine flight, mezcal, and non-alcoholic pairings. Live music will set the mood for this intimate Wednesday night event—when Flying Fish is normally closed—making it a rare and memorable experience. Seating is limited.
