Each dish is infused with premium truffles sourced by Chef Giacomo Marinello of Marinello Tartufi, imported from the renowned San Pietro a Pettine Estate in Umbria, Italy.
Exceptional wines from Vinattieri 365 will be paired with each course to highlight the depth and nuance of the flavors.
This evening also celebrates more than 10 years of partnership with Marinello Tartufi, with Chef Giacomo Marinello as our guest of honor.

Trained at London’s Michelin-starred Locanda Locatelli under the renowned Giorgio Locatelli, Chef Giacomo Marinello brings a legacy of Italian culinary excellence to Chicago. After years in elite kitchens and as a private chef, he founded Marinello Tartufi to address the lack of quality truffles in the market. Today, he imports the finest truffles year-round from the San Pietro a Pettine Estate, ensuring chefs and diners alike experience the true essence of Italy’s most prized ingredient.
