What’s a cook to do to beat the clock and have a nutritious, hot and flavorful dinner on the table in 30-40 minutes? In this class, we’ll take a trip around the globe, with cooking that encourages you to enjoy seasonally fresh, locally grown foods from all around the world. With wonderful spices and exotic taste combinations, you will find great ideas for healthy and delicious home cooking. Chef Dan will share his expertise on the well-stocked pantry, basic items you should always have on hand, so that with a quick trip to the market for fresh protein and produce, 10-15 minutes of prep and a short cooking time, you can have a terrific meal on the table in, well, minutes!
