What's your favorite cheese? Join Beautiful Rind's Head of Education & Events and American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional, Anna Patrick, as she leads you through a few of her favorite cheeses. She will taste them with you, tell you why she loves them, and maybe even include a few surprises along the way. This is a way to celebrate Anna's birthday in a fun and informal way and for you to try some truly awesome cheeses and learn what makes a cheese that one of the country's top cheesemongers loves.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
