We are hosting the ultimate pairing dinner with our friends from Dogfish Head for our May pairing dinner! Enjoy each curated course paired with an Angry Orchard Cider and a Dogfish Head beer. First Course - Black garlic devilled eggs, apple kimchi, and smoked paprika. Paired with Dogfish Head Covered in Nuggs and Angry Orchard Bittersweet Heat.

Second Course - Roasted corn and apple esquites, jalapenos, charred spring onion, avocado, cojita, crema, and tostada. Paired with Dogfish Head Curious Arrangement of Stars and Angry Orchard 1440 Minutes.

Third Course - Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, roasted apples, seasonal succotash, with apple BBQ sauce. Paired with Dogfish Head Wasn't Very Fuzzy and Angry Orchard Bud Break.

Fourth Course - Dirt Cake - Chocolate brownie, espresso mousse, oreo crumble, ice cider caramel. Paired with Dogfish Head 61 Minute and Angry Orchard Pommeau.
