This class is for adults 18 years of age and older only. No children allowed unless otherwise specified.

Wine is sampled with each course, but you must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages. Drink responsibly.

This is a demonstration-style cooking class. Sit back, relax, and let our chefs do the cooking. Enjoy all of our delicious menu items and ask questions as we walk you through each recipe.

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the class for a refund. Full payment for all classes is required at time of registration. Price includes recipes, demonstration, and samples of the food prepared. Class is for adults only (18 years of age or older). Wine is sampled with each course. Jeanne Burgess, Vice President & Director of Winemaking Operations --- Seavin, Inc.

A crucial part of Seavin, Inc., Jeanne Burgess has been with the company since day one. As their first employee, Burgess has been a major contributor to their success for over three decades. She is credited as Vice President of Wine Making Operations for Seavin, Inc. and supervises production at both San Sebastian and Lakeridge Wineries.

Ms. Burgess initially became interested in wine making when she helped her father plant a 10-acre vineyard in Northeast Florida. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Florida State University she completed her post-graduate studies at Mississippi State University in Enology and Viticulture.

Ms. Burgess has been instrumental in developing Florida grape products, including Florida’s first commercial bottle-fermented Muscadine sparkling wine, the first Muscadine Port, and the first Muscadine grape juice product.

Along with these accomplishments, she has taken an active role in promoting the growth of the industry serving on the State Viticulture Advisory Council and the State Agriculture Advisory Council, and judging at numerous state and international wine competitions.
