The special menu, designed by Executive Chef Eric Upper, begins with Hamachi Shots followed by Wagyu Tartare, Kampachi Crudo, White Truffle Spaghetti, Lobster (with black truffle supplement), Filet (with ribeye and hida supplements) and a dessert.

The Alexander’s Steakhouse’s regular menu highlights a meticulously curated beef program with an emphasis on small farms from the United States, Australia and Japan. That menu continues to be offered daily for in-house dining, to go and for delivery, plus there is a virtual Butcher Shop. The bar has a robust section of contemporary, classic and original cocktails, plus an award-winning international wine list.

Chef Upper has worked at various Michelin-rated venues including Joel Robuchon’s three-starred restaurant at the MGM Grand Las Vegas and Charlie Palmer’s Aureole in New York. His professional culinary career began at New York’s acclaimed Morimoto followed by his helping launch Italienne. He attended culinary school at Lorenzo de’ Medici School in Florence, Italy and then subsequently at the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
