Our very first Wine Dinner Albert Bichot is approaching and we are delighted to start the new year of Wine dinners with a bang! This amazing Wine Dinner is $135++ per person on Tuesday, February 23rd at 6:30!
Our five course dinner includes tasteful delights such as: Baked Camembert with candied walnuts & honeycomb for the Amuse Bouche paired with the enchanting flavor of Henri Mandois’ “Origine” Champagne. Our First Course is Rosemary Crusted King Salmon paired with Albert Bichot’s Vibrant Burgundy, Filet with Pinot Noir Red Onion & Black Cherry Reduction with vegetable ratatouille, parsnip & Carrot Puree. Finally, for dessert there is a mouthwatering Triple Chocolate Cake waiting to meet your taste buds!
