Dinner will start with sparkling wine, lots of Zin throughout, and end with Port and late harvest wine. Here’s the menu:

FRIST COURSE:

STRAWBERRY SALAD

mixed greens, strawberries, candied pecans, goat cheese, aged balsamic reduction, balsamic vinaigrette

SECOND COURSE:

Choice of: Penne alla vodka or

Rigatoni Bolognese

THIRD COURSE:

Choice of: CHICKEN MARSALA, mushrooms, sautéed spinach

CITRUS HONEY BOURBON GLAZED SALMON

zucchini noodles

FOURTH COURSE:

Chocolate ganache cake – served with Port and Late Harvest Wines
