An Advanced Sake Class May 17 & 24 at The Koji Club 6:00 - 9:00
You already know the basics of Sake, let's go a little deeper! Sake Educator Marina Giordano will guide you into the ingredients, production process and styles of sake. Through tasting we'll explore different production choices and their influence on the style and flavor of sake. This course is a great primer for the WSET Sake Level 3 class.
This is a two day class, appropriate for both the professional and the consumer. Cost includes materials and sake. Must be 21 to attend.
