Explore the history of Finger Lakes wine region, winemaking at Ravines and the pleasure of food and wine pairings during midday weekend Tasting Table experiences at our Keuka Tasting Room.
Guests gather to enjoy a savory amuse-bouche with a sample of Ravines’ 2011 methode champenoise sparkling wine, aged en tirage for seven years before being hand-riddled and finished with disgorgement and dosage. You are then greeted by one of our warm and knowledgeable hosts to learn about the centuries-old methods of champagne wine making that we use to make our sparkling wines.
Guests then sit for a food and wine pairing where they enjoy two flights of our best wines enjoyed with a Grazing Slate of savory, seasonal bites.
