2019 Sunday Lawn Concert Series
Every Sunday April through mid-November, about an hour before sunset, enjoy an outdoor lawn concert with great music and relax with your family and friends. At sunset, we stop the music and raise a toast to life and love! The winery is open for tasting and purchasing wine by the glass or bottle.
Reserve a table or bring your lawn chairs and come relax with us under century-old native pecan trees. We have an assortment of cheeses, snacks, dips and crackers available in our tasting room. Gourmet artisan cheese platters are available to order and a variety of local food trucks will be on site. You are welcome to bring your own picnic baskets.
Last wine tasting begins at 5:45pm on Sunday. No outside alcohol allowed, it is against TABC Law to bring alcohol onto the property. Please, no high back lawn chairs or canopies that blocks view of the stage or pop-up tables larger than 12x24”.
Blaggards (no “the”, pronounced BLA’ GUARDS or BLA’ GHERDS, depending on where you’re from) formed July 2004 in Houston, Texas. They play what they have coined as "Stout Irish Rock", traditional Irish music mixed with rock n’ roll, informed by everything from Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley to Thin Lizzy and Black Sabbath. We are most frequently compared to bands like Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, and the Pogues. Blaggards are guitarist/vocalist Patrick Devlin, bassist/vocalist Chad Smalley, drummer Michael McAloon, and fiddler Wes Barlow.
