Designed for oenophiles of all levels, the prix fixedinner with wine pairings will feature regionally inspired foods prepared by Executive Chef Istvan Toth such as Brandt Beef Eye of Ribeye, Parsnips, Morel Mushrooms, Boccioli di Ciccio, Pepataand Veal Agnolotti, Truffle Jus, Parmigiano. From Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Franc, guests will experience both the familiar and unexpected from this award-winning portfolio!
This intimate journey will be held at Davio's Irvine on Wednesday, June 19th, 2019. For $100 per guest (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will be treated to a four course dinner paired with carefully selected wines to accompany their dining experience (see menu below).
