Our travel plans are cancelled, but aroma and flavor can still take us to far-away places. Join us for a tour of Northern Italy through wine and cuisine, Friday, September 25th, at L’Auberge Chez François. From the rolling hills of Prosecco and Valpolicella in the Veneto, to the steep sea-side terraces of Liguria, the foggy Alpine foothills of Piemonte, and the highest valleys of Alto Adige, we will taste the fruit of the Italian sun.

Our sommelier, Alex Bardsley, will be your tour guide, introducing the regions, grape varieties, and wine styles that we will enjoy. Chef Jacques is offering a menu of classic Italian dishes to bring Northern Italy home to Great Falls.

Our very special wine dinner is offered on our covered garden terrace under a 40ft x 55ft canopy, complete with plenty of room for social distancing, six cooling fans, cafe bistro lighting and pastoral views of our six acres, two on-site gardens, koi pond and blooming flowers.

Our “Grande Tente” will be the perfect place for Chef’s Jacques’ delectable six course Italian-themed repast, featuring five sommelier chosen wines from Northern Italy.  See you there–reminder to sign up early, as seating is very limited.
