Imagine the Mediterranean lapping at your feet, the sun drenching your skin while you enjoy fresh, ripe Sicilian citrus. Hop in your car and head north, to the beautiful hill towns of Piedmont, where you sip rich red wines and delicate goat's milk robiola. While we cannot fly you to Italy, we can transport you to the food rich country right from the Formaggio Kitchen classroom. Join us as we bring you to the hilly vineyards, the small goat and sheep farms and the colorful citrus orchards of Italy. Taste through the best cheeses, wines and condiments some of Italy's finest regions have to offer. Buon Viaggio!
This class will take place at our Huron Ave location on Sunday, October 9th at 5:30pm.
To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese platter, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Doors will open at 5:10pm, and class will begin at 5:30pm. Class will be held towards the back of the store near the cheese counter. Instructors will be there to guide and welcome you to the space. You will be standing for the duration of the class. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you or a member of your party requires seating. Class will last for about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
