Join James Beard Award-winning chef Nina Compton and friends as they take you on a thrilling culinary journey from St. Lucia to Jamaica, Miami, and New Orleans, and celebrate the diverse African heritage that threads these cuisines together.
Cakebread Cellars is joining the celebration as well. Winemaker Niki Williams believes good wine pairs best with good food and good company, and it's exactly the mindset Cakebread brings to their winemaking process. The Napa Valley natives, known for their signature Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon pours, are eager to pair with Compton's complex Creole flavors.
As you sip, you'll also get to peruse Compton's upcoming book, "Kwéyòl / Creole: Recipes, Stories, and Tings from a St. Lucian Chef's Journey," which all guests will receive.
