Join us at Wally’s Santa Monica for a special dining experience hosted by Salvatore Ferragamo of Il Borro winery, one of Tuscany’s great wine estates. Each wine will be expertly paired with a special dish crafted by Wally’s Executive Chef Ryan Kluver.
Il Borro has a rich history dating back hundreds of years, located around an ancient Medieval village in the heart of Tuscany. The estate is situated on land that provides an ideal terroir for each of its grape varieties, producing high-quality and award-winning wine. The winery also follows organic and biodynamic wine production practices to maintain the balance of nature and human impact.
Guests at this dinner will have an exclusive opportunity to taste the range of flavors from this dynamic innovator of Italian wine. You will get to experience the flagship Super Tuscan blend Il Borro, which received 95 points from both Robert Parker and James Suckling for the most recent vintage, and the ultra-rare Syrah wine Alessandro dal Borro served from a magnum.
