Please join us under our glass-walled tent as Mark Drabich aka "The Funky Fishmonger" prepares a 5-course Lebanese Forward Menu complete with wine pairings from Massaya Vineyards of Lebanon (The country, not the town). Mark will personally present each course and he will be joined by Master of Wine Chris Cree of Cree Wine Company. Also in attendance will be Sami Ghosen, the Owner of Massaya Winery. And yes, he will be flying in from Lebanon to attend this very special event. We are honored to be able to share our Lebanese Heritage with you all. To top it off, the special dinner will be held in Lebanon NJ. A coincidence or maybe just the universe realigning itself. See Menu Below
