The ExperienceStep into Ansots on Main Street for an evening hosted by James Beard semifinalist Dan Ansotegui. A true institution in the Boise food scene, Dan has spent over 40 years bringing authentic Basque flavors to the Treasure Valley, from founding Bar Gernika to his latest family project alongside his wife, Tamara, and daughter, Ellie.
Throughout the night, you’ll enjoy communal seating and a curated 6-course menu that tells the story of the Ansotegui-Inchausti family, whose roots in Idaho date back to 1908.
The Menu & PairingsEach course features a handcrafted dish paired with a specific Telaya wine, selected to highlight the intersection of Old World tradition and Idaho craft. Menu to be released.
