Join us for an adventure with wine and food! Michelle will be leading us through a wine and food tasting. She will give a brief summary of why food and wine interactions are important considerations. We will then go through the six wines and talk about the very different structural elements (acidity, sweetness, tannin, body). Finally, we will play with some food and wine and learn how each can affect positively, or negatively, the taste. It’s “The Marriage of Food and Wine" - sweet, salt, bitter, sour and how they work - or don’t work - with various styles of wine.
