This seasonal four course menu is priced at $75 per person and includes the four course meal with a 3-ounce wine pairing at each course, tax and gratuity. First course – Burrata and Peach Salad : fox farms baby greens topped with grilled local peaches, house cured & smoked bacon, baby radishes and roasted pecans drizzed with peach viangriette
Second Course – Day Boat Scallop Crudo with baby cucumber, lemon balm, atlas carrot gel, heirloom tomato water & yuzu
Third Course – Boneless Pork Loin served with corn milk whipped potato, creamy savory cabbage, local corn puree, chanterlle mushrooms & swiss chard
