French born Celieve Vipperman will be here November 11 at 6:30pm, to present five interesting wines from the Champagne and Bordeaux regions of France. We'll start with a 2009 vintage Champagne and follow with four red Bordeaux blends from different sub-appellations. Wines will be served with four French dishes from Millie's Restaurant in Daytona Beach Shores. Shrimp etouffee with toasted brioche, chicken confit with fondant potato, haricots vert, finished with sauce Robert, Dijon pork belly with lentils and finally beef bourguignon with gougėre's. Cost will be $50, bottles purchased to go will be discounted and anyone purchasing bottles at the tasting, will also receive a free 95 and Vine T-Shirt.
