This evening is a great opportunity to sample the culinary skills of a broad range of the most creative local restaurants in our region. Food vendors include The Warehouse Restaurant, Pizzeria Rustica/TAPAteria/Smørbrød, The Margarita at Pine Creek, Immerse Cuisine, Red Gravy, Monse’s Taste of El Salvador, MacKenzies Chophouse, Jake and Telly's Greek Taverna, Chiba Bar, Supansa Banker, and Sourdough Boulangerie – among others. You will receive a complimentary glass of cider provided by Colorado Cider Company and we will also have a cash bar. And while you are enjoying this great food and drink, you are helping fuel the Jerald Bridgman Education Fund for 2020 and beyond!
The Jerald Bridgman Education Fund underwrites educational initiatives addressing the Slow Food mission of “Good, Clean, Fair Food for All”. We fund projects that encourage public awareness of food traditions, stewardship of the environment, and responsible care, harvesting, and consumption of plants and animals in the Pikes Peak region. Past recipients include: Colorado Springs Food Rescue, Flying Pig Farm, Westside Community Garden, and New Roots Farm.
