Fabio Viviani, a nationally acclaimed chef and entertainer will showcase his culinary skills and wit, onstage February 22nd at Franchesco’s.

This event will consist of a 4-course dinner as well as a wine pairing for each course.

A classroom style theme with a camera crew will display and deliver an educational experience, as well as a delicious night out.

As Fabio, and Executive Chef Juan Lozano prepare their dishes onstage, our team will prepare the same dish for our guests simultaneously.
