Greetings from the Sta. Rita Hills,
Make plans for August 18th - 21st to visit our wineries and tasting rooms for four days of festivities. All events have limited ticket sales to ensure an intimate food and wine experience.
Tickets are very limited and on sale now as individual events, or as a Wine and Fire Combo Ticket. Our Weekend package includes all four events plus a complimentary weekend Passport. Our La Paulee Dinner will honor Rick Longoria as 2022 Vintner of the Year.
Limited tickets to our Wine and Fire Grand Tasting at La Purisima Mission are on sale. These will sell out quickly so order now so you don't miss out on this very special evening.

Barn Party Kick Off Event at The Hilt Winery / 2240 Santa Rosa Road, Lompoc
August 18th 5:00 - 8:00 / $90.00 Early Bird Price until June 15th, $125.00 after June 15th
Kick off the weekend with our annual Barn Party. This event features large format and Library wines poured by our winemakers. Enjoy BBQ buffet and a cheese and charcuterie table,catered by Central Coast Specialities, to enjoy during the event.
This event will be held at the Hilt's beautiful new facility at their reconstructed Barn on Santa Rosa Road.
You won't want to miss this Opening Event of Wine and Fire.

Dinner Honoring Rick Longoria, Vintner of the Year, La Paulee Style at Babcock Winery
August 19th Friday Night 6:00 – 9:00 / $150.00 per person at Babcock Winery, 5175 East Hwy 246, Lompoc
Our La Paulee Dinner will be honoring our Vintner of the Year, Rick Longoria. Last year’s dinner was such a hit we decided to do it again. A sparkling wine reception will start the evening and be followed by a delicious BBQ dinner from Brett Steffan, High on the Hog Catering. Wines for the dinner tables will be hosted by member wineries, but in the spirit of La Paulee guests are encouraged to bring their special bottles to share at their dinner table.

Speed Tasting with a Winemaker
August 20th Saturday 9:30 – 12:00 / $75.00 per person

Speed Tasting with a Winemaker is an opportunity to talk with the participating winemakers while tasting their wines. The winemakers rotate to a different table every ten minutes giving guests an opportunity to have focused conversations with 8 of our winemakers. A Panini boxed lunch, prepared by Cups and Crumbs, will be served at the conclusion of the speed tasting.
