Registrants should access the “RI-Candidate Information” document in the FAQ section of the website under “Can I Take My WSET Exam Online” to determine if this method of exam delivery is right for you.
Students who would prefer to take a paper-based exam in person at the Capital Wine School should email us at email@example.com after registering to be added to the notification list for when in-person exams become available.
Important: Due to WSET exam order deadlines, students who wish to reschedule an in-person paper-based exam must notifiy us more than 12 business days before the exam date, and students who wish to reschedule an online/remote exam must notify us at least 9 business days before the exam date, in order to avoid paying a new exam fee. Requests for rescheduling after these times will incur new exam fees as follows: $95 for a Level 1 in-person exam or $125 for a Level 1 RI exam.
Wine sample/study guide pickups: Please make a note of the wine sample/study guide pickup date mentioned in the schedule above, as it will not appear on your registration confirmation. We cannot accommodate requests for wine sample pickups in advance of the date/times mentioned above.

*The Capital Wine School makes every effort to record each class and to make the recorded session available to participating students for up to one week after the scheduled class. While we have been able to successfully record these sessions for the vast majority of our classes, occasionally a technical glitch or human error will result in a failure to record some or all of a class. The Capital Wine School will not offer refunds or other concessions for classes that a student is unable to attend live, and for which a recorded session is unavailable due to an unexpected error. It is for this reason that we strongly encourage students to try to attend the live, online class session(s) as scheduled whenever possible.
