This will be taught on Cisco WebEx or Zoom on February 8, 15, and 22 from 6:30pm – 9:30pm with a practice exam debriefing on March 1 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm (also on WebEx or Zoom) The registration fee includes the final in-person exam on March 9, 2021 from 11:30am – 12:30pm. Only current Diploma candidates are eligible to enroll in this course.
This course covers factors that contribute to the price of wine, types of wine businesses, options for getting wine to the point of sale, and key considerations in wine marketing. This unit is assessed by a 60-minute multiple-part open-response exam.
Because there is no tasting instruction with this course there are no wine samples.
***All Diploma study materials are located online, and no physical study booklets are issued
***Cisco Webex or Zoom invitations will be emailed the day before or the morning of the class date.
