Moved LA is a fun way to get your body moving with positive and lasting benefits not only for your muscles, but for your entire wellbeing. A creative movement workshop for every BODY, Moved LA is designed to help you connect with yourself and others through guided movement exercises and unique prompts, that give you the space and freedom to let go, and let the music and your intuition guide you! In just under an hour, you (and the entire group) will drastically shift your energy and boost your mood in this inclusive, playful, and body-positive workshop. Side effects may include breaking a sweat, laughing your ass off, feeling calmer, more creative, and so much more...
Moved LA is created and led by Sarah Rodenhouse, a dance professional and choreographer, who considers herself an ambassador for self expression and holistic wellness. Sarah encourages groups of people to foster new relationships and question their physical, emotional, and mental perspectives, through movement, improvisation, and play.
If you are local, you can pick up your wine at the winery (Hammondsport, NY). If not, no worries, we ship to 38 states! At checkout, you will have 4 ticket options based on your preference of wine quantity and whether you will opt for pickup or delivery.
After choosing your ticket option, you will be asked to clarify what type of wine you wish to recieve. Hangar 17 currently offers a white blend, a sparkling white, and a dry rosé. You can choose all of the same or a variety pack! Cheers, see you soon!
