In this lecture, Tanya will explore the the volcanic history and the resulting soils which craft these amazing wines. We will explore the imapact of these soils and topography on the wines, and discocver what makes these volcanic wines so alluring.
2 wines (a red and a white) will be selected for real-time sensory evaluation in the virtual classroom.
