Bring back Sunday suppers around the dinner table! Gather your family in the kitchen, then watch or cook along with Chef Aarika as she brings you a new dinner theme each session! No country has mastered the art of fusion cooking like Peru! Enjoy the rich South American ingredients, combined with the influences of China, Europe and Africa! End the weekend on a great note and your dinner will be ready at the end of class.

• Cheesy Tequenos with Aji Guacamole
• Solterito - Corn and Lime Bean Salad
• Aji de Gallina Served with Quinoa and Boiled Potatoes
• Suspiro de Limena (Dulche de Leche with Port Meringue)

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
