Our ONLINE SommDay School™ Service course is a 7-hour course designed for students in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry who desire to learn proper wine service. This online sommelier service course was developed by Master Sommelier Tim Gaiser and Napa Valley Wine Academy. The goal of this 5 unit online course is to help waitstaff, bartenders, F&B managers, wine buyers, winery tasting room staff, and anyone else working in the food and wine industry to hone their service skills, as well as better prepare those interested in pursuing sommelier certification exams. For anyone outside the industry–the avid wine enthusiast–you will also benefit from this online course as it offers a taste of the life of a Sommelier.
